Hi, it would be nice to have more options when using the fan mode, at least "centre in" and "centre out".
Actually the fixture order could be separate from the x, y, z directions: you select first the order and then decide the direction; it would be a plus to use multiple directions, eg. when dealing with matrix to apply a color fan using both the X and Y directions .
Btw the concept I was referring here http://qlcplus.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17137 it's working, here attached a file.

With few groups and few palettes you can already generate many combinations without the effort to manually program each scene and the palettes in v5 are already working correctly when the groups have different number of fixtures.
nb.1 in the file attached there is a vc button to activate because it's not possible to have a palette for the shutter, neither to store the shutter value in the intensity palette.
nb.2 in the real word the concept will work only with an offset option, otherwise 90% of the times the groups will not be correctly aligned and the exchange of palettes will not be always nice.

And 2 wishes.
Fan mode could also have "segments", where you select how the fan steps are applied to the group, if every 1, 2 or 3 fixtures, etc etc.
Why not to use the fan widget with the Fx to determine the fixtures order?
It would be a nicer/faster experience, the parameter "value" could be use to spread the fixtures in the fx.
