Hello, I have a problem and hope you can help me. I added an audio track to my light show, but it keeps crackling intermittently. I've already checked if it's the file (it's okay) or the volume. Can you help me?

OS? QLC+ Version?
How was your audio file encoded? Sample rate? Format?
There are posts here where you have to redecode audio files to a specific format. Even encapsulate them inside a black video before they were played correctly.
On Windows, try the native .wav format 44,1kHz sample rate, 16 bit samples and stereo.
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore
