Does QLC+ 5 work on Mac OS Ventura like it would on Monterey?

I recently found out that QLC+ 5 was released so I have been experimenting with it on my Macbook Air M1 which runs MacOS Ventura. I followed Massimo's video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-UhT793fTw) but the 3D view doesn't show any fixtures. Is this because I'm running Ventura or something else? The QLC+ website is the one and only place where such information would be released, and it doesn't tell a word...
v5 beta2 is the latest test version as can be seen in the download location linked from Test versions thread
It's being tested and worked on, but not production ready.
