Video in show mode

Hi
When I try to add any video in to show mode, it does not display. Instead it just plays until the point where the video starts and playback stops immediately. I looked at the properties of the video and it said it had a duration of 0ms, and a resoloution of 0x0.
I tried another video, and one from the web (youtube specifically) to no avail (same properties as above), so I am now a bit stuck, any help would be appreciated!

Can you post the OS you are using, QLC+ version?, we need more info to help you.

I have the exact same issue.
I'm running QLC+ 4.12.5 (and it was the same thing with 4.12.4) on Windows 11 (build 22000). I tried with H264 and MPEG-4 videos.
Can you help me please?

Did you install the media codec pack?

Amazing !!! This is the solution !! I did not have installed the codec pack . I just did it and yes the video plays with no problems !! Thank you so so so much !!!!
