Speed dial only influences duration of one step in Chaser / Sequence

TDLR: a 2 step sequence / chaser with an on-off set of cue's imitating a Pulse Width Modulation. A speeddial influencing ONLY the 'on' duration. Fixed off duration + variable on-duration = pseudo PWM.

A slider in a feedback circuit influences the speeddial setting, influencing the pseudo PWM.
