Speed dial only influences duration of one step in Chaser / Sequence

Request a feature that you would like to see in QLC+.
Explain in details why you would need it and which is your usage case.

Quote from the 'usage case' below:
In the ideal world you could use the feedback feature to set the PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) - but current version of QLC does not permit you to set the duration of only one step in a chaser / sequence...

TDLR: a 2 step sequence / chaser with an on-off set of cue's imitating a Pulse Width Modulation. A speeddial influencing ONLY the 'on' duration. Fixed off duration + variable on-duration = pseudo PWM.

A slider in a feedback circuit influences the speeddial setting, influencing the pseudo PWM.
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore
