I frequently use the stop all button when doing lights live, and want to be able to have my uplighting stay consistently on and not have to reset it every time. I have tried using a scrip using the stopfunction command for all but the uplights, but it couldn't handle that. Does anyone know a way I could achieve this?

If values must be set at all times, use the Simple Desk. Values set there overrule everything else.
I use Simple Desk for my backstage and ghost lights, which are always on (or dimmed). The same goes for the stairs lights (if applicable) and amplifier bay (due to the number of cables and the tripping danger).
