You need a custom fixture definition for QLC+ to understand the logic inside your strip. I suggest you start looking at the Event lighting Pixbar 12x12W and use this as a source for your custom definition. (Open this, with QLC+, included fixture definition, and have a look at the 74-channel mode. It already has RGBWA and UV channels present. The dimensions are probably not correct, but it will show up in 2D Monitor.
Feel free to change the dimensions so that it will match with your other Fixtures in the 2D Monitor.
