Would someone please help with this fixture. I have tried several different ways to create and I am at a loss as I am very new to this software.

Sorry I am new to this board I was not looking to get an answer quicker I thought I had to submit a second request since my first was asking if there was a sub for it. Thank you I will keep this in mind for the next time.
