In the new 4.12.1 scroll bar disappears in osx

Hello Sorry for this, but in simple desk view in version 4.12.1 under osx High Sierra the scroll bar under the sliders disappears without possibility to redisplay it. Thank you.

Resolved after reinstalling 4.12.0 then 4.12.1 Strange. ?????
