QLC+ suport Enttec DMX USB Pro MK2 Interface ?

Want to buy a Dmx controler.. first i planed to buy enttec pro.. but then i saw this próduct will it Work ? Enttec DMX USB Pro MK2 Interface

I just downloadet QLC nice program.. but my computer did not run it without qlc crashing several times ?

Computer win 7. 3 gb ram

quadcore Q660 processor.

win7 64 bit

Is qlc sencitiv to internet drop box etc ...
