NEED HELP WITH DISAPPEARING FRAME

Hi folks. I am running 4.8.4. I am a very new user and I am in the process of setting up my virtual console for all my lights. Slow process but I am learning a lot and getting it slowly but surely.

I had a solo frame with other frames inside it and buttons, etc. Been on my virtual console for days. Suddenly tonight it shrank up as if you'd clicked the button to minimize the frame but I didn't click it. Now there is only a tiny fragment of one corner of the main frame showing and I can't do anything to expand it again back to normal size. I have spent countless hours setting up this frame and do not want to throw it away and recreate.

Anyone see this problem before? Anyone tell me ideas to get the frame to expand back to full size when it's just a little tiny bit of the upper left corner of the frame showing?

1. Please don't use ALL CAPS. On the internet it means you are SHOUTING.
2. Can you attach the workspace and screenshot here?

Sorry, didn't realize Caps Lock was on . Attached is the workspace. Issue is that every time I save the workspace the 4BAR TRI frame collapses to minimized position.
