Hi, I think that, it will be a good idea if we can put some pictures in functions, shutter,effect,iris,.. in a fixture definition. Like colour and gobos has.
It will be great if we have a place were we can set a fixed value from a range of values for a function. To be picked up from the wizard to generate scenes,chasers,RGB... And may be used or marked as a default for that channel of the fixture, which in term can be used in reset and blackout. I know that this is a big rework but it will be very useful.
Another idea is to place some notches (delimiter lines) beside the sliders, knobs generated from click&go in VC. Which shows the limit of a function,colour,gobo,... that will be very useful in live situations and for input controllers. I think, a small line will be more then enough, just because the detail for a function is all ready there.
Ohh...yea, almost forgot. It wood be nice if the default storage dir under linux be in a normal dir and not in a hidden one. I don’t see the point of that. OK.. in the original QLC that dir was used to store the config file but QLC+ uses .config dir so what is the point to hide it?
