I followed the guide

but then I get the following error :

"Xsession: unable to start X session --- no '/home/serial/.xsession"
file, no "/home/serial/.Xsession" file, no session managers, no window
managers, and no terminal emulators found; abording."

how to solve?

It's also written in the user guide PDF.
Means that VNC doesn't work, cause VNC requires a running X server
