Simple Desk Cue Stacks and HTP

With QLC+ 4.10.2b Mac or Windows, attempting to reduce intensity of any channels by slider is ignored
for a cue stack defined in Simple Desk, except for a first cue when activated by flash.
Channel values can be increased.
In either case, the slider turns red as if to override, but it seems that HTP is honored instead. Similarly,
HTP appears to be honored when flash for one cue stack is activated while a cue in another stack is active.
Are these working as intended?
Also, I have yet to discover how, if possible, within QLC+ to modify channel values for previously created stacked cues.
