Q Light Controller+

Hi there,

i have 2 Oxo Funstrips but i struggle to program them properly so i can use these sunstrips with the RGB matrix.

The max amount of lights i see in the matrix is 16 (strips are 10 each)

i tried to make a scène for every lamp and then make a chaser but working this way takes alot of time.

Can anyone help me?

Please attach whatever you have generated so far. That's the workspace file and wahatever fixture definition file you have created.

Otherwise we are working blind.

I found the manual no problem but just want to know what the OP has tried so far.

The file is located at the computer in the club, i dont have acces to it right now.

I just made a simple fixture with 10 dimmer channels, in that case the rgb matrix only shows two lights (2 sunstrips) later i added 10 seperate genetic dimmers (x2) then the rgb matrix only shows 16 lights.

I also made a scene for every single lamp and then loaded them in to a chaser, worked but takes alot time.

Last question: I'm guessing the 10 channel mode is 10 channels, unlike the manual which has 7 rows only (google the fixture name plus 'manual').

also the ficturegrid does nog appear when selecting a ficture group. 'im running the lastest version of qlc. Any thoughts about that?

So it's not the LED one at all then! This is an easy fixture with 1, 2, 5 or 10 dimmer channels. I will create it when in front of a PC next time. 800W fixture! Would make a nice room heater.

i didn't add heads to the fixture, now everything works well! The fixturegrid is also fixed, now i can use the full functionality of the RGB matrix

If you've created a fixture please post it so we can it to the default installation.
