Hi, are you using USB hubs?
In my case, I have only to USB ports.. One for USB DMX, other is for midi controller. I need to have more than one midi controller, so I need usb hub. Can you share your experience in this kind of situation?
Is any diference for cheap and expense hubs? Maybe you can recomend something?

Hi
So, i can't tell the difference between cheap and expensive once, and i don't think this is the right forum but:
I've used a 2€ usb hub with 3 Midi-divices and used all of them (at the same time) with QLC+ without any Problems .
They are just recognized as normal USB-ports, I don't even know why QLC+ should have problems.
If your USB-hub breaks down because of cheap components it isn't the fault of QLC+ ^^.

I'll echo what Tasaei said. I use a Surface Pro 3 for QLC+ which only has one USB port, but I use two Korg nanoKONTROL2 boards for input and an Enttec DMX USB Pro Mk2 for my output. I just picked up a cheap Belkin hub from Canada Computers to be able to connect everything and haven't had any problems with it. The biggest issue I have is that the two boards can sometimes switch input positions because they appear identical to QLC+, but it's a simple matter to switch the boards either in the input mapping or in their physical layout (i.e., swap the two boards on my desk).
Depending on how many devices you need to plug in, you could end up with a power limitation because USB ports can only provide so much power (where the limiter is not an individual port on the hub, but the source port on your computer). In that scenario, you may have to move to a slightly more expensive powered hub, but the hub itself should not cause a problem with QLC+ as long as all your devices can talk to the host computer.
