Since it runs Ubuntu 14.04, why don't you consider a Raspberry Pi 2 ? It costs less than a half of that intel stick

Anyway, QLC+ could run on a RPi version 1 which is a single core 700 MHz ARM, so I'd say it should run on the Intel stick as well, but please don't expect it to replace a PC !
