Yes, it's doable.

In fact that's one of the main features of QLC+.

VERY simplified walk-trough:
  • Add fixtures
    Create a timed Show (one for each song).
    In virtual console you create buttons and link them to the corresponding Show.
    Set input and output mapping (OSC and DMX, for example)
    Link each button to the corresponding input signal (OSC in your case)
    Activate the buttons via TouchOSC
The manual is your friend!

It is possible indeed.
There are people in this forum doing the same on stage but with a MIDI foot pedal
