Q Light Controller+

I'm using 4.10.2b with Windows 10. My MIDI devices are shown in Inputs/Outputs but if I select certain devices the wrong one is activated.
For example, If I select TouchOSCBridge as an output, Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth is selected as an output. This is shown in the window below the mapping list and that's what actually gets selected.

Looks like there is something wrong with device enumeration. MIDI devices numbers are 1,2,1, 3.
