I did most of it today then the fixture editor crashed so went back half an hour. You can create a quick temporary definition for it easily though.

:/ Do you happen to remember what you did to make it crash ?

I was just inputting the values for one of the DMX channels, and i went to advance onto the next channel then it just hung for a few seconds then crashed.
I was doing it on my mac with latest Yosemite o/s.

It was the known issue with range restriction of used values. Typically, if editing a channel's ranges rather than starting afresh, (from 0 to 255), things can go wrong. I think i said before it would be nice to be able to freely change values then have a validation process before OKing the channel ie. rather than prevent input, flag clashing values.

If I ever manage to install qlc from source I'll look into things. I have a load of ideas for streamlining the editor but c++ is hard enough without qt being on top of it :( :)

Last attempt looked for qlcconfig.h which didn't exist.

Boxy, have you managed to create any decent scenes using the ricochet?
I like a lot of the shows already in the unit itself, but can't recreate anything like those ones myself.
I just wish ADJ put the shows into a DMX accessible channel.
