Crash while saving

Hello!
I've experienced a nasty little bug on QLC+ 4.10.1 (Debian Testing, self-compiled Kernel 3.16, official precompiled QLC+) that killed my work of the last 4 hours. I've created a show with mp3-Audio, sequences and chasers. Saved my work from time to time. But once I pressed the save button, QLC+ crashed.
I don't know exactly, what caused the crash. I didn't save in another way, you know.
I can't reproduce it, because the qxw-file is empty, now.
I guess, this happens really seldom and most people won't get in touch with this issue, but I would request a workaround that could save the work, if that would happen again:
Is it possible to save the .qxw in a temporary file, first, that only will be renamed to the "real" qxw-file, if no crash happens and the .qxw-file seems to be o.k.?
Just an idea. I'm no coder, so I don't know if this is feasible...
Greets!
