GPIO: issue when trying to trigger a sequence

Hi guys
I have noticed someting strange: gpio is well recongnized, trigger a simple button is possible.
But when i try to trigger a sequence, nothing happens.

When i set up the next cue list with auto discover, the gpio code happears. So far, so good.
But then nothing comes when i activate the gpio with a push button.
Once again, it is working fine with a simple button.

Any idea?
