Is there a way to have a frame with several pages that controls 9 sliders from a single midi device?

Setup:

AKAI APC Mini Midi Controller

Features

Button scroll pages

Pages are fixture groups?
8x8 button matrix and 9 slides all rest as pages turn.

Allowing Page 1 (Moving heads)

Button 1 - 8 (Pre set Colors)
Buttons 9- 16 (Stobe rates)
Buttons 17 - 24 (Movement patterns)

Sliders allow for live take over (Adjusting Pan and tilt) maybe having 56 - 64 allows for odd even and then each fixture on its own)

Then Page two is different settings for the Par Cans
Page three is the Scanners
So on and So on?

I'd like to have it so i can scroll through pages and make changes both on the fly and have pre setup stuff. I am new to this software and currently looking to make upgrades to lighting this coming winter and need a software package that can handle what I'm going to be throwing at it.

2-3 full DMX universes!
