Fixed Cameo LED RGBW PAR64 18x8W

See the attached fixed definition of the Cameo LED RGBW PAR64 18x8W. The original file had wrong definition of the channel #7 in the "7-Channel mode" - it was set to the "Color Macros", but it should be set to the "Effects-Programs (7ch)". I have not noticed any other bug there.

Thanks, you're right! Seems that nobody cared so far. As discussed in this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=9597 there where some other issues, too. See the updated fixture definition attached. I defined the color previews according to Qt color names (
http://www.december.com/html/spec/colorsvghex.html).
Please merge this to the new release, thanks!
