Control via OSC Messages

I'm trying to control some fader channels in QLC+ using OSC commands from a Java App that I'm writing.

I've set up QLC+ to monitor the localhost address and am running a java app on hte same PC writing messages to localhost:7700.

In the plugin control window I can see the packet count incrementing, however, I can't see the sliders on the Simple Desk change.

Could someone confirm the message and value range that I should be sending?
