I noticed this previously with QLC+ 4.9.1 running on WinXP, Win7, and Linux Mint KDE 17.2. The issue is still there in 4.10.0_TEST_20150925.
When scenes are in a collection, there is a small glitch when transitioning between two scenes with the same levels. For example, if CH1 is set at 255 in both scenes, the output dips down to 252 when transitioning between the two collections containing the scenes. The scenes transition just fine in their own Chaser. It's only an issue when the scenes are inside collections.
The Matrix issue seems to happen regardless of whether they are in a collection, solo frame, or their own chaser. The dip during the transition is even bigger. Two Matrices with 255 values (on Dimmer or Color channels) will dip around 127 during the transition instead of staying at 255.
Attached is a demo workspace that exhibits the behaviours.
