Speed Dial - can't move widget in VC on Linux Mint KDE

I just set up a new (rebuilt) laptop with Linux Mint KDE 17.2 and QLC+ 4.9.1 last night, and tried to open and edit a pre-existing workspace file this morning. Everything was good until I tried to move my Speed Dial widgets. The will resize just fine, but when I try to move them, it acts like the cursor focus goes to the application instead and tries to move the entire QLC+ application. The same workspace file still works just fine under Ubuntu 14.03, WinXP, and Win7, so it seems to be something related to the Mint KDE. Also, newly created Speed Dials in a new Workspace have the same behavior under Mint KDE. Any ideas?

Have you tried dragging the widget from other parts ? A part where there is no button ?

I noticed this too and I found out it happens only on the Qt4 version.
If you build on Qt5, Speed Dials are OK.

It seems to happen no matter where I grab on the SpeedDial widget. I know I've had issues moving the SpeedDial even under Win7 unless I grab on the title area of the widget.

I'm just running from the default downloaded DEB package. I haven't tried building on this new machine yet. Is there a pre-built QLC+ package using Qt5, or am I just going to have to build it on the target machine myself?

EDIT: I went ahead and build from sources using Qt5 on my Mint KDE machine this evening. Other than a few errors at the end of the 'make' session related to efx tests, everything went smoother than expected. I'm now running 4.10.0-GIT compiled with Qt5 on Linux Mint KDE 17.2. The issue with not being able to move the SpeedDial is now fixed. Although I did have to go in and remove the newly populated 'infinite' preset from each SpeedDial in my workspace. A minor nuisance, buy can you tell me why the new version decided to add an 'infinite' preset to my pre-exiting SpeedDials?

I saw this on one machine recently, too. Don't know if it was built against Qt4 or Qt5 but I can check. As a workaround we created one frame for every speed dial needed and then added the speed dials inside the frames
