Im posting this for anyone using pro presenter with the communication add on to use. This is for controlling Pro Presenter presentation software. This has been tested against Pro Presenter version 6.0.7 communication module. Please Note values on channel 12. Channel 12 is a multi function channel so when designing your VC it mandatory for you to assign specific values for the controls to function properly. This is easily achieved through widget property, switch to live mode, scrolling down to channel 12: Control Channel, expand tree. Find the function/control you want, and click on name. Then at the top of page click on "From Capability" button. You will see the low limit and high limit values change to reflect the range values next to the function you selected. Then press OK.
Please also note this must be used in conjunction with Artnet.
There is not any Information or documentation through manuals or pro presenter tech support on DMX Control other than its posable.
Here is the manual but not much use other than stating software can be controlled with DMX.

Hi mumbles,
Are you suggesting this gets added as a standard QLC+ fixture? Would it be worthwhile?
It could always go in the extras section if not.
Thanks,
Boxy

I posted it here because 2 local church's ask me about integrating ProPresenter. It's more here as a backup and gives who ever a quick way to integrate with.
Wheres the extras section your talking about?

I guess once reviewed, this definition could go there...

I've made a few changes according to the data provided above and filled in all 256 values for each channel. Apart from that I can't test or do anything with this.
I can stick it in extras if people are happy??

I'm intrigued to try this! I'll have to check if we have the communications module installed in our ProPresenter setup, but I've been wanting to coordinate the screens and lights from the same controller for a while now. Currently, we're set up on two separate computers, with two separate operators. I'd love to be able to keep them in sync better by linking the controls.
I'll try to let you know if I have any success with this. Thanks!

Im not sure what boxy changed because All the channels are configured and my profile has been tested multiple times without issues. I'll have to test his profile to see whats didderent.

Changes I made were basically cosmetic, like adding capabilities etc.
