Issue with HTP on other channels not type intensity

Hi,
Was working on getting my abstract twister4 lights to go blackout correctly after stopping a function in the virtual console and came across a HTP issue. ( I have fixed the issue with the lights now but at the time just changing the channel from LTP to HTP should have worked ) Still maybe this needs sorting out in case other users need to tweek their lights.
Changing channels from LTP to HTP in the channel properties for a DMX channel when the channel type set in the fixture profile in not set as a intensity type, causes the channel to not work the same way as one set as intensity type.
To see what I'm talking about, load a light fixture with a HTP intensity channel and one or more LTP channels. Any light profile should do you don't need to own the light.
Change the LTP dmx channel next to the HTP intensity dmx channel via the dmx channel properties to HTP. (purple icon box with white line running though it)
Make a scene, activate both sliders and move them both to 50%. Now look in the simple desk you will see both sliders are at 50%.
Go back to the scene now move both sliders down to 10%. Look back in the simple desk intensity channel is reduced but the second channel is not ???
Go back to the scene increase both sliders to 80%. Back to simple desk and both are at 80%.
The second HTP channel climbs and climbs. The only way to bring it to 0% is to reset the Universe in the simple console.
There's the issue, HTP can't behave two ways ? ? Confused ? I am !
DMX channels shouldn't behave on Type just LTP or HTP.
Found this issue on Qlc 4.9.1 OSX mac.
Regards
Alex
