RPi user guide PDF updated.
I've added a "last updated" date of the document, so you're invited to check periodically if the PDF has been updated. I won't write an update here for each change I will make.

I've added a chapter to shed some light regarding displays and touchscreens.
That's all I know for the devices that I actually own. As I said earlier in this forum, I am not able to provide information regarding all the touchscreens existing on Earth, so please, I help you if you help me.

I've also added a Q&A regarding the MD5 file provided, since apparently Google is too difficult to use for some people.

Hi pfcl.sound,

if you are using the "old" link again (this one called "User guide:") then you'll receive always the actual pdf...
