QLC+ 4.9.0 Windows libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll missing problem

I found a small problem one library (wich i mention in subject) is missing i do a unistal and reinstal but it is still not working however i solve it by taking this library from previous version.
So if it is not wierd problem of my pc maybe somebody do a mistake in compilation of that *.exe file and forget this library
