[Compatibility] Behringer CMD-LC1

I am a newbie to QLC+ (I was a QLC user) and I have just purchased a Behringer CMD-LC1 but having some issue with it.

1. Encoder (Knob) - I cannot get it to work properly, it would appear that it doesn't send the absolute value when turned (only sending turn up / down)
2. LED Feedback via MIDI -it utilises a different set of code for driving the LED states. (e.g. Multi button 1 uses 97 20 XX, Multi button 2 uses 97 21 XX, XX being the LED setting: 00 = Amber Solid, 01 = Green Solid, 02 = Green Blinking...etc) Am I missing some setting somewhere or QLC+ currently does not support it?
