Enttec Pro Mk2

I am having a weird issue with the Enttec Pro Mk2
first QLC+ does detect it
I experienced the issue on 4.8.4
I am running windows 7 64bit
the issue is QLC+ doesn't activate the interface
If I close QLC+ and use Enttec's utility the interface activates when I close the utility and launch QLC+ I can then use the interface in the program.
