Hi
A relatively new desire to control light with Behringer X32 is coming fast I am sure... I think we will see a lot of bands wanting to use QLC+ with X32 as this console based on rumors are selling really really well all over the world
Apologize if what I am missing can be done -but I don't think so - so here we go:
X32 can via user assignable buttons send midi. It is possible to send midi as a single note or as toggle on off. The later is preferred highly to me as the button will turn red when pressed and turned off if pressed again. In other words the board is sending midi continuously white the botton is on
I have however not found a mode in QLC+ that supports this... I would like a mode that does the same - ie send DMX as long as the midi note is received and stop when midi stops.
Right now I am able to control things pretty good with the single note option. However when a button is pressed the function will start - and when pressed again the function will stop. But as the button only lights up while pressed - it is not possible from the desk to see what is turned on and what is not...
Hopes this makes sense
