Tricky "bug" solution

Hi,
in response to the problem of buttons assigned to color, movements, mode scenes which has green border only momentarily, I thought to create a php script, accessible on my webserver, which automatically add a "phantom" fixture in every scene. The best solution for me it's to create a simple dimmer fixture made by one channel only and positioned this fixture in the 4th universe at 512ch address.
Before starting to write the script I would hear your opinion about the idea.
