I did quick attempt at reverse PAN/TILT, but I didn't get too far, since the reversal must be done on very low level. We have to do the reversal very late in the chain, so that all possible sources of DMX data get reversed (EFX, Scenes, Simple Console, Channel Groups,...). On the other hand, the object at the end of the chain doesn't know which channels are to be reversed.

Version 4.3.2 fixes and features EFX has reverse but it does not have the option to reverse the PAN, TILT reverse which should contribute to the overall good of not tweaking, the version 4.3.2 has been significantly upgraded, feel Thank you very very much.
