QLC+ 4.1.0 Win version missing DLL

Windows version of QLC+ 4.1.0 works fine but 4.1.1 fails to load.
Got an error message that says: It fails to start because libstdc++-6.dll was not found.

Sorry about it and thanks for reporting !
I've just fixed and re-upped version 4.1.1.
