m using qlc+ in a club installation those days i installed the new version with the sound control but the app is crashing when i enable the sound control in xp the same issue don't appear on windows 7

I tried on XP, and I got 2 crashes. That means I can reproduce the problem (QLC+ 4.4.0). I haven't analyzed them yet - most probably I have to build QLC+ myself...

The crash seems to be in fft3 library used to analyze the sound data. For now,
just don't turn it on

Most probably the fix is pretty straightforward:
1. build fftw from sources
2. build QLC+ from sources
3. run and determine place of crash (WinDbg)
4. fix fftw
5. build everything again
6. profit!
4. may get tricky...
