Adding features before October?

Is it possible to add a couple of features before October such as, a speed control for RGB matrix in a show, because last year I had too copy and paste 20, .5 second RGB matrix to get a fast scroll for the time I needed. Also in show away to add a scene multiple times in a show and able to have different times on a scene, I ran into this last year when you edit a time for a scene it effects all scenes with that name on it. Then last a way to drag the scene, matrix chase, ect. to a time length that is needed. Because trying to type a time to match the wanted scene takes a lot of time.
