Q Light Controller+

Does anyone know how to make the lights stay on when you hit stop in the show tab? Right now they turn off. I'm setting up a show in qlc+ for our live Easter Pageant and for the most part its all audio from a cd, but I have one scene in the play where the actors actually talk. I just put a gap between audio tracks and let that particular light scene keep going. I'd like to just pause the audio, let the actors do their talking with the lights still on and then resume audio for the next track after they are done for the next light change. Any ideas??

Is the audio played by qlc+, do you use scenes exclusively or chasers too, do you operate the scenes manually during the show ?

I don't understand the issue here, more details are needed.
