Crash on MIDI In using Loopbe1 and VirtualDJ 8

I cannot express how freakin' awesome I have found this program to be so far. I spent days monkeying with Freestyler and could barely do anything. I am blown away by how simple it is to use QLC+ so I want to say THANK YOU for picking up the torch and continuing development on this after the original developer decided to stop.

My ultimate goal is to be able to time light changes to beat changes and to do that I am experimenting with LoopeBe1.

I have setup a MIDI output from VDJ8 and that is working. When I open up QLC+ I can setup LoopBE1 as the MIDI Input device. When I try to add a sound audio trigger to the virtual console and try to enter playback mode the application crashes if there is anything coming out of VDJ.

I'm assuming QLC is getting mad about something in the output... but I'm not sure what.

Any ideas? Anything I can do to help troubleshoot this?
