id like to have a slider to modify the fade in and out time to all my running chases at the same time
like a master fade in/out from 0 to 10s for example
is that possible...any idea?

Not a fader, but Speed Dial (http://www.qlcplus.org/docs/vcspeeddial.html). Place one Speed Dial in the Virtual Console, and set it to control all your chasers. You may also assign external control to it if you have one (MIDI/OSC).

Right. I forgot to add, that in the Speed dial properties you can specify if you want to control Duration/Fade In/Fade Out.
Lately you can even set rate (1/4x, 8x, etc.) for each controlled function, so that some chasers may run e.g. 2x as fast as others.
So for start, select "1" in fade in and fade out columns, and "not sent" in duration column. Then you can experiment with multipliers if you want.

mmm maybe i did not explain very well cause my english 
...ok i try differently...when you create a normal chase ... inside the chase you can choose a time fade in means how long the light from dark to 100% and fade out from full to 0%. but this is part of the chase inside him self..
its that value i wish to control, but for several chases running at the same time...with only 1 button.... but im really not sur this is possible...because each chase are created with a value up and down fade time
the idea is to create all my chases with 0 sec , then have as you sayd 1 tap tempo button for all and 1 up down fade time button for all

I've created a workspace with a 4 channel dimmer, and a blinking chaser for each channel. Then I created some buttons and speed dials.
With them I can set the fade times for all chasers.
Then I created a chaser of chasers, and for that it doesn't work.
Check it and see if it helps you. You may also attach your workspace (qxw file) and tell me what chasers do you want to control. I'll have a look and maybe I will find a solution.

mmm no the Jano solution is what i needed...only ill try to hav fade in and out in only 1 button to save place on my control board...but well maybe not i dont know yet cause controling time in and out separatly is also a very interesting effect
