Hi everybody. First of all thanks to Massimo for his effort and great work with these app.
I'm new with the app. Already study fixture editor's tutorial at youtube, but can't create a new fixture. The plus button over the sheet doesn't open the editor's window. I'm working with macbook pro maverick updated. Don't have yet my usb-dmx box so maybe it's the reason. DOn't know. Hope you all understand my ignorance ... I'm new at the block...
Best.

Hello Francisco.
To create a new fixture you don't need a DMX adapter.
What is the "plus" button you're referring to ?
Have you had the chance to try on a different OS like Windows or Linux ?

Thanks for your answer and help Massimo.
I'm referring to the first icon on the left upper side. I click it but don't open the editor window. Don't have windows or linux, but I will try to install a windows on my mac to try it.
I'm working a light system for dancing in a old place like a fabric. I have some tungsten par 56 , par 64 and some leds rgbw. I want to create a fixture for my leds. They are some unknown chinese brand that need to create parameters on the fixture editor.
Always working manual on simple hardware mixer, and now I want to light with software.
It's great for documentation and to replicate and adjust the design on different places. Thanks for your work!
Best.

Hi San,
Get your adapter and play with the simple console first, then worry about fixtures.
If you have a manual please put it on here (I would say under a different topic). The fixture editor is a different application to the main Qlc+ program.
