Enttec DMX USB PRO Mk2/OSX 10.9.3/QLC+ 4.7.3 Installation Not Working

I've installed the latest version QLC+ 4.7.3; Installed ENTTEC drivers and working correctly; Installed Maverick FtdiDriver Control to disable FtdiDriver; Tested and verified DMX signal to fixture using PRO-Manager and on USB DMX interface device (flashing GRN/WHT). In PRO-Manager, I am able to use channel faders to control fixtures w/o QLC+. Launched QLC+ and clicked on input/output tab --> selected device output for DMX USB Plugin. Clicked on Properties and verified Serial # and modes (PRO Mk2, Pro MK2, ProMX) for Output 1, Output2, and input respectively. I verified the correct address for fixtures and connection is active. I go to Simple Desk and no action from fixtures changing any of the channel faders. Not sure if I am missing anything else. I swapped the same setup replacing my USB DMX with a ADJ DMX controller and everything works. Any other suggestions?

Hi!
Same for me, with DMX USB Pro interface, OSX 10.8.2.
Interface recognized by QLC+, with the right serial number, properties says working properly, but no way to have the led blinking on the box while sending commands...
Enttec Pro Manager 2.23 identifies the interface and DMX send really send DMX...
Other software like LxConsole also works without any problem...
Works flawlessly on the Window's or Ubuntu PC.
No solution found at the moment, but you know that you're not alone.
Maybe the solution will be to have a dual-boot Linux on my partner's Mac...

Hi Everyone! I also have this problem. I thought it was a defect Enttec, but it feels like it is not.

I am using Enttec DMX Pro with Macbook pro on Mavericks and QLC+ with no problems. I also managed to get my Behringer LC2412 to work through the Enttec as a control surface. I did have trouble to start with but I now use Universe 2 for output and universe 1 as in put for LC2412 and all works good.

I must reselect the inputs and outputs everytime I open QLC+ in order to get the Enttec LED flashing the right colour but after that it works great.

I'm using Enttec DMX USB PRO Mk2. I need to use 1 DMX Out to control my fixtures and 1 DMX in to trigger Scenes (or functions in general) from an external controller.
Unfortunatly it seem that enabling the only input available and the 2nd output port (in order to avoid on the 1st univers both the input and the output) everything is randobly freezing and often QLC+ stop working at all.
I'm trying a lot of different configuration. The only one that currently work is to use the PRO Mk2 for input and my old OPEN DMX to output. But in my opinion using just 50% of power of my new interface it's a waste of money.
Are you aware of this? Can I do anything to make it work?
Many thanks for your replies!

Hi there, I've got the same issue

I can run QLC 4.7.4 on my mac and my USB DMX pro and this works great but when i run 4.8.2 and greater even though I see the USB DMX PRO in the input/output tabs there is no dmx getting to the fixtures. If run 4.8.4 on my PC with the same USB DMX pro it works fine. Any one got any ideas????

Windows- and Mac- versions uses different drivers. You can build QLC+ with the original driver from FTDI (that is used in the windows version). just look at the sources (plugins/dmxusb/src/src.pro).
