Hi, iv just started using the software and its great in its layout and ability but the only issue is that every now and then the dmx output to the lights stops , indicated by the dmx to usb converter and its leds stop flashing and all the actual lights turn off and go blank.
i have only one dmx universe, with a usb to dmx converter which works fine on freestyler with no issues, any help would be greatly appreciated.
also in the input output section i have to patched to universe one, but it says the sync speed is "bad" is there a way to change this ? or what does this indicate.
