Doesn't work -> Sequence - LED PARs

Hello,
I'm having issues getting my LED Dimmer fixtures (they are the 18x10W type LED ParCans available on ebay) to work with Sequences (my understanding - based on reviewing the manual - is a chaser embedded in a scene).
When I define a sequence in a scene of 4 of these PAR cans, and simply program a 4 step sequence of each light turning on one at a time in a succession, the sequence plays normally when I manually step through the steps. However when I assign hold / fade in-out times to it, the lights do not behave in the same manner. For instance one light is constantly on while QLC steps through the sequence. I do not see DMX values change on when using the DMX monitor. However manually stepping through the sequence yields correct values.
I also confirmed that creating a 4 scenes and then adding them to a chaser to mimic the desired effect of a sequence works without any issues. Lights respond as expected during play back.
My dimmers are configured to LTP (I think it's the best method considering I use them for strobe and dimming effects).
I tried this on QLC+ (Windows) 4.7.1 and 4.7.2.
Am I missing something, is this by design or a bug?
Thanks.
