Is there a recommended/supported way to resize a solo or standard frame that already has an array of buttons?

I'm comfortable editing the project file, however was unable to find documentation on the file format itself. I was able to figure out several values for some find / replace batch edits I needed to do, but would not venture to change the dimensions of an element without understanding it first.

It is not recommended to manually modify the project file, thus, no documentation for that.

Frames can be resized with the mouse in design mode.

Sorry, I don't think I articulated my question with proper QLC terminology. I meant BUTTON MATRIX, not FRAME. As far as I can tell, there is no way to resize / add/remove buttons from a button matrix.

The button matrix just creates a frame with all the buttons in it. If you want to change the size of the frame double click it (anywhere that isn't a button) and check "Allow Resizing". Unfortunately you'll have to manually resize all the buttons, as they don't change size dynamically to fit the frame.

Thanks Joe. I think that just resizes the dimensions of that button matrix frame. I'm more after understanding if there was a way to add / remove solo button matrix buttons after the matrix has been created. There doesn't seem to be an option available, and I couldn't find anything to address this in the documentation. (v4.7.0 RC1 pg 67).

A Button Matrix is basically just a way for quickly creating multiple Buttons at the same time inside a common container Frame.

When creating a new button matrix, you can assign functions to each of the buttons quite quickly with the Add Button Matrix dialog.

You can remove buttons. Just check "Allow child widgets" in the frame settings.
