Feature Request: Virtual Console - Cue List - Maintain 'show crossfade sliders' and link check box

Hi All,
In Virtual Console, add a Cue List Widget.
You can click "Show Crossfade Sliders"
You can also click "Link" for those crossfade sliders.
When reloading the project, the show crossfade sliders and link state are not maintained.
I would ideally like to set/save the show crossfade sliders and link setting in design mode, or at least a persistent setting once set in Operate Mode.

Sorry, this is on Windows - in case it is platform specific...

And while we're at it, could the crossfade faders be updated during a fade?
The scenario is a theater-style cue playback. I hit the advance cue button, and the fade begins (if chaser has a fade time), I can then see the sliders (better yet, midi feedback to control surface).
Currently, there is no indication of the fade progress in a cue-list. Just "GO".

Hi, that makes sense. I assumed Cue List crossfade to be used in Live mode so you have just a couple of clicks to show and link them.
Anyway I'm gonna add this to my TODO list
Real time fade is another story. I need to think about it but I'm not sure if everybody wants it.
If I remember it right, cross faders have the precedence over cues fade, so you might want to have a steady slider to limit the cue fade in level.

The maintain state thing is just a 'nice to have' thing. Totally workable as-is.
If moving the sliders is tough (just looks cool), a progress bar or something might be handy. However, if a cue (chaser) step is actually a collection, this could be convoluted... What is the progress then?
For me, even in this nested case of a chaser with a step that is a collection. What I am looking for is the progress against the FadeIn setting in the chaser. For me, in theater, I set a fade time in the chaser for each cue by hand. When I advance to the next cue, I would like to see progress moving along that FadeIn time.
It does work now, so next time you are thinking about playing in that part of code, think of me!

Hi Everyone,
An alternative to moving faders (virtual or physical) is a monitor which counts down during crossfades.
The values for fade in / fade out / duration start counting down in seconds from the values entered in the cue list for the steps being crossfaded, temporarily replacing the original values.
Some time ago I submitted a more comprehensive proposal for this here:
http://sourceforge.net/p/qlcplus/discus ... 0d36/#1b9b
(Wish list: hold and wait times instead of duration!)
