Hi Massimo,

First I wanna thank you for this great project!

I have made 2 new fixture definitions for American DJ Jelly Fish, but I have a question how to handle a multi value settings for the same channel. If the Jelly Fish is operated I 3 CH Mode, channel 2 and channel 3 are depending on the value for channel 1. If you look at the manual http://www.americandj.com/pdffiles/jellyfish.pdf under operation 3 channel mode you’ll see what’s my issue.

Regards Rico

Unfortunately, there's no reasonable way to handle this case. You have to be creative...
Sorry...

Okay, thanks.. I made the "3 CH Mode" for this fixture without adding the specific ranges for CH 2 and CH 3, by defining full range 0-254 for CH 2 & CH 3 and it seems to be working.

I have made the 28 CH Mode too and will add it to the Fixture definitions later.

Hi Rico,

This is how I dealt with a similar problem:

In the fixture editor you can create as many channel definitions as you like and then select the ones you need for the different modes of the fixture.

If you check out my fixture definition for the Ledj Colour Storm Quad (which has 10 different modes) you'll see channels such as:

16 red (for when the channel can only control all 16 red LED's – used in the 4 and 6 channel modes)
16 red / flow speed (for when the 16 red function changes with the value of some other slider – used only in the 7 channel mode)

similarly:

Master dimmer (6 and 67 channel modes)
Master dimmer / flow speed (7, 11 and 19 channel modes)

Unfortunately, you can't get the channel change from the intensity group to the speed group when it changes function, although you could create, for example, two 7 channel modes with the channels assigned to different groups. This is probably only worth the bother if one group is HTP and the other LTP.
